Payment accepted via Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement under the name of TRUSCO BOURNEMOUTH GB.

If you have a Paypal account and would prefer to use it as a method of payment send us an email quoting:
1) Your name and address (and delivery address if different)
2) Item Number, Description and Price.
and we will then send you a Paypal invoice
Please note : Paypal echeques take around 10 days to clear and goods will not be sent out until Paypal notify us of the cleared funds arriving in our account.

Payment by Cash or Cheque (UK only)
We looked long and hard for a method of paying by cash or cheque that was both time and cost effective for the customer as well as the company. Cost: Setting up PO Box or other forms of business address is expensive and those costs would have affected our prices. Time: The method we have come up with also cuts down on the time spent posting orders, clearing cheques and then posting out the goods and means that customers will receive their orders faster.
If you wish to pay by cash or cheque please send us an email quoting :
1) Your name and address (and delivery address if different)
2) Item Number, Description and Price.
When we have received your order we will email you back, verifying the full cost including postage, and giving you our bank details.
You will then need to go to a local bank and pay the money into our account.
Once this has been done we will require you to email us telling us that the money has been paid in and stating :
1) if it was cash, cheque or postal order
2) name of bank i.e NatWest; Lloyds TSB
3) branch name i.e Soho; Village Green
Orders will be dealt with immediately on confirmation of cash/postal order payments or, with cheques, as soon as the funds clear.

All prices are as advertised on the site and any fraudulent orders will be cancelled.
Discount
Customer Discount Numbers must be given on the Shopping Cart page in order for the discount to be applied. The Discount box appears at the start of the cart page just below the Deliver to box. Type in your number and click the Apply Discount button. As this page is an automated page it is not possible to apply the discount after your order has been confirmed and payment authorised.
Exchanges and Refunds
Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only within 14 days of the invoice date. A replacement will be provided. Email us initially for the return address. Our admin address appears on all invoices sent out with purchases. Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery and we will not be liable for the postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customer's own making. For reasons of hygiene, we do not exchange goods simply because the customer has changed their mind. This does not effect your statutory rights. Any disputes are under the juristiction of UK law and courts.

Delivery
Please allow 28 days for delivery (35 days if delivery is to a destination outside the UK).
Rattan Canes
Damaged or broken canes are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery. Our canes are made from 5mm centre rattan. This type of rattan is fiborous. Any stray fibres can be lifted off or lightly sanded away. Rattan will dry out and become brittle especially in centrally heated rooms. Visit our cane care page for further advice.
Imports
The word "Imports" is used on this site to describe any items that are not of our own design or making and does not necessarily mean that they have been purchased from other countries.
